About Frank
Frank, a native of Arizona, has been on a creative journey to get to this moment. From being a professional Hip Hop Dancer working for the likes of Celine Dion, Ginuwine and Usher, to being an award winning filmmaker, featured in film festivals across the globe, Frank’s diverse background in the creative world has helped him realize what’s missing in corporate training: ART! Meaning, the creative realization of one's full potential.
Frank started in retail at age 19, working for Nissan, which turned out to be the beginning of his training journey in the world of automotive.
He then became a professional facilitator, working with brands like BMW, MINI, Tesla, Rivian, Polestar, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura and countless others.
At that point, the training world opened up for him, branching out into other industries, working for clients such as Sub Zero Wolf Cove appliances, Coach handbags, Military contractor Northrup Grumman, Leica Cameras, Colgate Oral Pharmaceuticals and many others.
He understands what it takes to deliver service that makes a difference, and his background in acting and performance brings a uniquely engaging dimension to his facilitation. As CEO of Common Ground Consulting LLC, he helps teams find common ground that sparks meaningful growth.
His philosophy centers on the power of authenticity and genuine concern for others, starting with frontline employees and extending to top-level leadership. He believes that when individuals feel supported and connected, they naturally create an environment where clients, coworkers, and the company itself thrive.
